SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We delivers to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 We will deliver your order to the address specified in your order.

Estimated delivery times: four (4) to seven (7) business days.

The delivery time starts from the moment you have received a shipping email confirmation.

It is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. CANCELLATION

You can cancel the order before the dispatch from our Warehouse we will use all reasonable endeavours to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return and the delivery charges will be paid by you. In all circumstances, you can always contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you.

2. RETURN

You may return the product(s) to us:

– by courier: You have to notify our customer care on email customercare@jumairah.com.sa to request a return, free of charge for one return per order. Our customer care service will schedule the pickup of your parcel from your home address. You will be asked to provide all information related to the order in order to process the return.

– by visiting the Delsey store in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Please note that you can only exchange the product in a Delsey store in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

All products must be returned to us unused and with all Delsey tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice within 02 days of receipt of your order. We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you we will process your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to ten to fifteen (10-15) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers;

If you receive a wrong product, or a product received by you is damaged or defective, or if you simply wish to return your please contact our Customer Service which will assist you.

Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items. For any questions please contact support at customercare@jumairah.com.sa
